WOW! I've known Mr. Carruthers for years but I didn't know all of the methods he's deployed over the years. To read this is to finally have a real Blueprint of what to do to build your network marketing business and create massive Momentum and create multiple layers of success in your orgamization. Since I satarted reading it, I can't put it down. This is now one of the books I'll definitely recommend to my team and other network marketers.This has also helped me refocus and eliminate some distractions

Building an Empire by Brian Carruthers is THE network marketing guidebook that I recommend to everyone on my team. If they want to be personally mentored by me, the first thing they must do is get this book and start reading it - then we use it as our blueprint to success. I've read lots of books from other great network marketing professionals, and they all have great things to say, but Brian takes it a step further and gives details about HOW to get it done! Everybody tells you WHAT you need to get done, but Brian tells you HOW! This makes all the difference! My highest recommendation and most valuable asset in my library on the industry. Kudos, Brian, on writing a Fabulous book and resource to help many on the road to success! -) I re-read it once a month, just like he recommends in the beginning (there's so much here, you can't possibly get it all the first time through).... and I always pick up new nuggets!
This book can take anyone struggling in network marketing to the top just by following his step by step guides in each chapter. I am the type that doesn't like to read but even I read the whole book because it draws you in like a suspense novel, hmn what is going to be said next that will benefit me. As Siskel and Ebbert would say I give this 2 thumbs up and highly recommend this book. It really is the blueprint for success. If you do not see a value and how it can make you successful, should you really be in network marketing. This is years of ground pounding bend over backwards advice that he has researched and quoted from other successful networkmarketers. Final thought is get this book and down load the app, you will be glad you did.

I'm not in his Network marketing company, but I consider Brian Carruthers to be one of my top 5 business mentors. He's a quality man that has an absurd level of success, intelligence, vision, focus, and discipline. He's been a true inspiration to me, and if you want to up your game, buy this book and follow this man.

Building an Empire is well written, but more it's jammed pack with some of the most solid advice in the profession of Network Marketing. Read this book every few months as part of your self-improvement routine, and your life will be radically better within a few years. Just remember to act upon what you read!!!

As a child everyone learnt how to play the game called, "Simon Says." You would listen and do what you were told, if the words, "Simon Says," began the instruction. Well, without using the Simon Says words - after reading Mr. Carruthers book; Building an Empire - You have the activity, the process, the reasons and the possible results if you follow the procedure as he has explained then in his book. It is one thing to write a book from research of many areas and other peoples experiences. But Mr. Carruther wrote his book because he himself lived the activity and through his efforts of success and failing, the process to success, Mr. Carruthers is able to stand tall and show those who read, Building an Empire, that success is a process for you to focus on and achieve.
I've read many books on the attitude it takes to be successful in network marketing and this is the first one that hits me where it counts!
Excellent illustrations on technique and role play as well as admonishments for those of us that slack off at times.
Hope you're no thin skinned! Roll with it and learn something!

Excellent Blueprint for Success in this Profession.
The home based business profession is such an incredible income model. The problem is the lack of education, which creates amateurs that do and say things that aren't professional and that is what gives this career path such a bad name. Brian has done an excellent job at setting a great example for us to model and has created a business plan for all of us to follow to achieve the level of success that we all dream of. This book is an excellent tool that will show you step by step what to do to build an incredible business from home and how to train the business developers on you team to do the same.
I have to admit that my biggest obstacles in this profession is the fear of looking like a fool and not being able to provide the leadership to the people on my team. You talk to anyone that is successful in this profession about how they built their business and you get 100 different answers. Without the right training you are set up for failure before you even start. Brian has done an amazing job of giving you a training blueprint that you can follow just like in any other business to give you the foundation to achieve the level of success that you desire.
